Alcohol & Drug Detox
How someone gets sober sets the tone for the rest of their recovery. Our Drug & Alcohol Detox Program helps clients get clean in a healthy way and begin recovery on the right foot. As clients settle into their home away from home, our on-site ambulatory detox has our staff closely monitoring clients, ensuring their safety and comfort, and focused solely on getting clean the right way.
While detox is a crucial first step in the recovery process, it’s mostly only addressing the physical side of a person’s addiction. That’s why we encourage our clients to step down into one of our inpatient treatment tracks where they can also focus on the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of their recovery.
Residential Inpatient Treatment
Our Residential Inpatient Programs keeps clients engaged throughout treatment with individual substance abuse counseling, group and family therapy, and working through 12-step principles. During these sessions, clients can take a deeper look at themselves and the factors that led to their addiction, practice empathy and healthy coping skills, and build strong bonds of fellowship with their peers.
Outside of counseling, clients take in the isolated beauty the Old Natchez Trace trail or beautiful Tishomingo. Here, they can join in on campus activities with other clients like them, and reflect on all they’re learning in treatment. These opportunities are the same for clients who elect to go through our 30, 60, or 90-day inpatient rehab programs.
Our Chronic Relapse Program
If we’ve learned anything from our years in addiction rehab treatment, it’s that recovery doesn’t come without challenges. It’s not uncommon for people to face obstacles during treatment and after, but what’s important is that clients are able to start fresh and take a new outlook on the process of reaching recovery.
That’s why we created our Chronic Relapse Program, specifically to provide those who have struggled to maintain their sobriety with a new perspective. By looking at what has and hasn’t worked in other programs, and which personal factors have made treatment and recovery difficult for the individual, we can break the cycle by reframing addiction treatment to help our clients find new, clearer paths forward.
Aftercare & Alumni
Recovery doesn’t end with treatment, and we believe in setting clients up for lifelong success. That’s why we provide Aftercare Planning and a Lifetime Alumni Group. Each client gets a dedicated case manager to help them transition safely from rehab back into their lives, and relapse-prevention education that counters life’s surprise triggers. Some clients also benefit from entering a transitional sober living program with those of the same gender at our retreat-style sister facilities, Ascension and Brightside.
Whether entering sober living or everyday life, clients don’t have to face recovery alone. The close bonds and fellowship developed during treatment extend to life outside of rehab, through continued communication and alumni fellowship that can last a lifetime.

If you’re coming from Tupelo, head north on US-45. After you pass Scruggs Farm Lawn and Garden LLC on your right, you will quickly pass The Mall at Barnes Crossing and Hobby Lobby on your left, and then Cracker Barrel Old Country Store on your right. After passing Cracker Barrel, continue for 4 miles, then take the exit onto MS-145 N toward Saltillo. Stay right at the fork to merge right onto MS-145 N, then turn right onto MS-363 S/Mobile St. Follow the road for 10 miles, then turn left onto Oak Grove Rd. In 0.7 miles, turn right onto Grissom Rd, and we’ll be just ahead on your right.
Our women’s recovery center is at 451 Co Rd 147, Tishomingo, MS 38873.
If you’re coming from Tupelo, head north on US-45. After you pass Scrugg’s Farm Lawn & Garden on your right and The Mall at Barnes Crossing on your left just after, continue for 7.5 miles. Then, pass McMillan & Cunningham Small Animal Hospital & Equine Center on your left, and in 0.7 more miles, pass Elmo’s Military Surplus on your left. Continue for 15.7 miles, then take the exit toward MS-30; in half a mile, continue onto MS-30. In 22.9 miles, turn left onto MS-29 N. In 5.3 miles, turn left onto Co Rd 144, and then in 500 feet, make a right onto Co Rd 147. We’ll be on your right in 0.2 miles.
