Please contact us at 662-962-4938 to pay by credit card over the phone, OR make a check payable to ACPD and mail to the following address:

• If you’ve chosen a Sponsorship Package, please email go**@ex***************.com with the following information: Your name, company name, company logo, and any “in memory of” information if applicable.
• You are also welcome to include any promotional materials/company giveaways for our “goodie bags” (i.e. — branded coffee mugs, water bottles, wristbands, golf tees, etc.). Please drop off to the Golf Shop at the Lakeland Golf Club NO LATER THAN Thursday, September 30th with a note that says: “FOR EXTRA MILE RECOVERY TOURNAMENT”
